Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, physics, aerospace, business, or a related field.
• Approximately 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in technical program management or mission delivery.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML lifecycles and space/satellite concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from initiation through planning, execution, delivery, and closeout.
• Translate SOWs and technical objectives into integrated program plans with milestones.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and risk registers; ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and government customers to align priorities.
• Prepare executive status updates and manage stakeholder communications.
