In this role, you will evaluate and analyze SPAC and M&A transactions across sectors, with opportunities to engage closely with management teams and drive transaction processes. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or related fields, strong analytical skills, and a degree in Finance or a related area. Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, hedge funds, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with SEC filings, SPAC mechanics, and public-market transactions preferred.
• Ability to articulate an investment view.
