Job summary

The Boca Raton at Spa Palmera in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Spa Treatment Supervisor to ensure luxury service standards are met by our treatment providers.

You will coach therapists, monitor quality, support training, and manage schedules and guest concerns while upholding safety and sanitation policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance and readiness of Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and other treatment providers.
• Conduct pre-shift checks of treatment rooms, provider presentation, grooming, punctuality, and readiness.
• Monitor treatment quality, service standards, protocols, timing, guest interaction, and delivery.
• Provide real-time coaching and corrective guidance when standards aren’t met.
• Support provider training, onboarding, certification, and continuing education with Spa Department Trainer.
• Review daily schedules and assist with coverage, call-outs, and room utilization.
• Respond to guest concerns and coordinate service recovery with Spa Leadership.
• Reinforce sanitation, infection control, linen handling, product handling, safety, and incident reporting.
• Monitor treatment-room condition, equipment, pars, and inventory needs; escalate as needed.
• Support new treatments, seasonal offerings, technology, and wellness experiences.
• Document coaching, performance concerns, guest feedback, and training needs for leadership.
• Promote retail and homecare recommendations through provider education.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and foster teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate with Spa Operations Manager, Spa Department Trainer, Front Desk Supervisor, Locker Attendant Supervisor, and Retail Supervisor to ensure a seamless guest journey.

The Spa Treatment Supervisor supports the daily operation and service excellence of Spa Palmera’s treatment departments, ensuring providers consistently deliver treatments in accordance with established luxury, Forbes, brand, safety, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily performance and readiness of Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and other assigned treatment providers.
• Conduct pre-shift checks of treatment rooms, provider presentation, grooming, punctuality, and operational readiness.
• Monitor treatment quality, service standards, treatment protocols, timing, guest interaction, and overall treatment delivery.
• Provide real-time coaching and corrective guidance when service or operational standards are not met.
• Support provider training, practical assessments, onboarding, protocol certification, and continuing education in partnership with the Spa Department Trainer.
• Review daily schedules and assist with provider coverage, call-outs, breaks, room utilization, schedule adjustments, and business-demand needs.
• Respond to guest concerns involving treatments or providers and partner with Spa Leadership on appropriate service recovery and follow-up.
• Reinforce compliance with sanitation, infection-control, linen-handling, product-handling, safety, contraindication, and incident-reporting procedures.
• Monitor treatment-room condition, equipment functionality, product pars, backbar usage, and supply needs, escalating maintenance or inventory concerns as appropriate.
• Support the introduction and operational execution of new treatments, seasonal offerings, technology, and wellness experiences.
• Document coaching, performance concerns, guest feedback, training needs, and operational issues for Spa Leadership.
• Promote retail and homecare recommendations through appropriate provider education and accountability.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence within the treatment areas while fostering professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Partner closely with the Spa Operations Manager, Spa Department Trainer, Front Desk Supervisor, Locker Attendant Supervisor, and Retail Supervisor to ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival through departure.
