Talking Stick Resort seeks a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations, supervising the Spa Attendant and Receptionist while maintaining luxury service standards. The role drives staff development, schedules shifts and ensures compliance with health and safety rules, delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate has supervisory spa or hospitality experience, CPR certification, and strong leadership with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
The Spa Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the day-to-day operations of The Spa and oversee Spa Therapists, Receptionists, and other staff members. The Spa Supervisor will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, lead team meetings, motivate staff and address any team related issues. Maintains high standards in a luxury setting.
Directly supervises the Spa Attendant and the Spa Receptionist. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members to maintain high service standards, coordinating shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and managing time off requests.

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Prior experience in a supervisory role in a spa or hospitality setting required; licensed massage therapist or aesthetician preferred.
Industry certifications a plus. CPR certification required.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate PC skills in MSWord, Excel and Outlook applications. Knowledge of spa POS systems preferred.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods, bend, lean and walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
