Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Spa Supervisor to lead daily spa operations and guest experiences with a focus on service excellence and team development.

In this role you will support the Spa Director and Managers, coach staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, and drive retail initiatives while delivering memorable wellness experiences for our guests.

• Model efficiency, service, cleanliness, and sanitation for all spa staff.
• Assist with spa retail sales and incentives.
• Schedule the spa support team and shifts.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

SUMMARY

The Spa Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and successful daily operation of the spa. This position supports the Spa Director, Assistant Spa Director, and Spa Operations Managers by providing operational oversight, leading team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. The Spa Supervisor serves as a role model for employees while fostering a collaborative, guest-centric, and engaging work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversight of the spa operation in the absence of and in partnership with the Spa Director, Spa Assistant Director and Spa Operations Managers
• Leading the support team and service providers towards a successful daily operation
• Leading the spa support team through timely coaching and counselling
• Managing guest experiences for success
• Leading by example of efficiency, service, cleanliness and sanitation for the spa front desk colleagues, spa locker attendants, and spa coordinator team
• Assistance with spa retail sales and spa incentives
• Scheduling of the support team
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred though not required.
• Previous experience working in a spa environment is preferred though not required
