Bullfrog Spas is seeking a Store Manager for our Shoreline, WA Factory Store to lead the retail sales team, manage floor operations, stock and displays, and drive continuous improvement with top-tier customer service.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team while meeting sales goals. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college education a plus.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
• Run in-store events and plan off-site events for sales opportunities.
• Assess processes, identify improvements, and implement them.
• Provide customer service and sales activities to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain security awareness and personnel safety.
• Conduct team huddles to communicate changes and updates.
• Ensure banking is up to date and cash requirements are met.
• Develop quotas and assign leads for team members.
• Provide detailed sales forecasts.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
• Assess performance and suggest corrective actions.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales staff.
• Maintain and present store upkeep.
