A leading retailer of outdoor living solutions in Quakertown is seeking a motivated Spa Service and Maintenance Technician. This role focuses on maintaining customer spas, ensuring proper water chemistry, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn, as training is provided. This position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of spas and water care is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Self starter and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer’s homes safely.
• Plan and execute timely driving routes.
• Maintain customer’s spa water and clean spa shell, filter, and cover.
• Excellent communication with Service Team and customers to meet customer needs.
• Invoice customers for services or products provided.
• Flexibility to work in the store if needed.
• Desire to learn about Spa Service to eventually be trained to repair spas.
