Hand & Stone Camp Hill is seeking Sales Associates to join our team at 3624 Capital City Mall Dr, Camp Hill, PA 17011. The ideal candidate is responsible, driven, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.

Role emphasizes membership sales with a base hourly rate and uncapped commission; flexible weekend and holiday shifts; full or part-time options available, and opportunities for advancement

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Educate clients on services and enhancements from the service menu.
• Provide excellent customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships.
• Promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and assist with additional duties as needed.
