Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in the Fort Worth area is seeking friendly, energetic team players to join our front desk and sales team. You will greet clients, educate them on spa services, and drive memberships and upgrades while delivering excellent customer service.

We offer an upbeat spa environment with ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Weekend/evening availability is preferred to support seven-day operations and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Outgoing personality and enjoy communicating with customers.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly to start each visit.
• Sell memberships, gift cards, and upgraded services.
• Manage spa computer system efficiently.
• Participate in community and marketing events.
• Educate clients about spa services, products, and policies.
• Schedule appointments by phone and in person.
• Attend all team meetings.
• Maintain a neat front desk area.
• Provide courteous spa tours.
