Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Orlando, FL is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to drive membership sales and deliver outstanding customer service in person.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, booking appointments, handling gift cards and upgrades, while promoting wellness benefits and maintaining a professional environment. Must be 18+, organized, and a strong team player.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests.
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
• Answer phones, book appointments, gift cards and upgrades.
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance.
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.
