Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking Spa Associates to warmly greet guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain client files while actively promoting memberships and spa services.

You will contribute to a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on sales, service excellence, and teamwork. Flexible shifts, training, and opportunities for advancement are available across our network of spa locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or wellness industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.
• Ability to schedule appointments and promote memberships.

Our Spa Associates

• Meet membership sales goals.

• Perform various other duties as assigned.
• $12 per hour training pay
• $13 per hour out of training

Compensation: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
