Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Spa Receptionist to join Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa in Whitefield, New Hampshire. You will greet guests, manage spa reservations, answer calls and emails, and process payments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Experience in a spa or wellness setting is a plus; a high school diploma is required. Familiarity with spa management software and POS systems is preferred. SHG offers a supportive team, flexible hours, and a benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Manage all spa reservations, including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and adjusting changes as needed.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to spa services, pricing, and availability.
• Provide accurate information on treatments, therapists, and spa policies to guests.
• Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records using spa management software.
• Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and retail areas.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and management to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient workflow.
