Qualifications

Offering massage and facial treatments featuring locally curated as well as world renowned Phytomer products. State of the art fitness equipment, wellness studio, sauna, and outdoor hot tub offering views of Oregon’s largest haystack rock, Chief Kiwanda Rock, provide the perfect complement to the Headlands Lodge experience.

A day in the life...

Our Spa Receptionist is responsible for creating a memorable, warm, and inviting guest service experience for all visitors. Your duties include answering incoming calls, strategically booking reservations, care of all spa and fitness guests, retail sales, daily upkeep of spa and fitness area, and additional administrative tasks as needed.

  • Is engaging, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with others
  • Is a multi-tasking pro, and your attention to detail is second to none
  • Is skilled at communicating effectively with your co-workers and guests
  • Enjoys being a team player
  • Thrives on continuously learning and expanding your knowledge
  • Possess strong computer skills; knowledge of hospitality booking systems are a plus

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older. This position serves alcoholic beverages.
  • Spa/Front desk/guest service experience in a hotel and/or resort setting preferred.
  • Personal Interest is Holistic Wellness or Healing Arts
  • Familiarity with how to handle a variety of Guest Service-related situations and thrive in an environment that requires you to multi-task.
