The Hillsboro Club is seeking a Spa Receptionist to welcome Members and guests, answer calls, and schedule appointments at our exclusive oceanfront property in Hillsboro Beach, FL. This part-time role requires energy, hospitality experience, and a professional demeanor to support the Spa Department.

Responsibilities include greeting Members, processing appointments, and providing information about services while upholding club standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A fitness/Spa background is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality/club setting.
• Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Explain fitness products, services, and treatments to Members.
• Assist in overall operations of the facility.
• Ring up Member services.

This position will be responsible for greeting members and guests according to club standards when they enter or exit the building, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist in a friendly and professional manner. We are looking for someone with hospitality experience, high energy and the passion to contribute to the continued success of our luxury property.The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.This Part-Time opportunity offers competitive compensation, ranging from $16 to $19 per hour, paid biweekly.
