HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Nail Technician for Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas. You will perform spa nail services for guests and members, document medical history and services in the Spa Computer System, and contribute to a calming, luxurious guest experience.

Requirements include a current cosmetology or nail technician license and a high school diploma. The role emphasizes confidentiality, customer service, and clean, professional presentation in a high-end spa setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, fellow therapists, and sales staff.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push carts up to 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Good dexterity in fingers, wrists, and hands with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members in a professional, friendly manner.
• Select appropriate spa nail treatments after reviewing client intake forms.
• Perform nail services within training scope and proper protocols.
• Complete accurate and legible client intake notes.
• Create an excellent guest experience through therapeutic touch and friendly attitude.
• Promote health and wellness benefits of spa treatments and frequency recommendations.
• Safeguard client information and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain professional appearance and clean nail stations.
• Able to work regularly and attend shifts as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
