Job summary

Kalahari Resorts LLC, operating as Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, is seeking a licensed nail technician to deliver nail, hand and foot treatments. You will train in the spa’s offerings and lead with a guest-first approach, ensuring cleanliness and outstanding service.

This is a commission-based role with opportunities for growth and leadership. You’ll join a team that values care for guests and colleagues, supports community initiatives, and delivers memorable experiences

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current license.
• Minimum of 2 years of spa/salon experience preferred.
• One year of specialized spa/salon experience is required or equivalent.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail, hand and foot treatments with emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation.
• Communicate effectively, learn product knowledge and provide tailored beauty solutions.
• Maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor and exceptional guest service.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Licensed Nail Technician . In this role, you will be responsible for performing professional nail hand and foot treatments and willing to train in the Spa’s specific nail service offerings. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love, guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll perform professional nail, hand and food treatments with an emphasis on cleanliness, sanitation, and excellent customer service beyond expectations to the guests.

This is a commission-based position.

Key Responsibilities

• M ust possess excellent communication and listening skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of the guests.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
• Must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in the spa’s specific nail service offerings .
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails, including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish

What We’re Looking For

• M ust hold and maintain a currentlicense
• Minimum of 2 years of spa/salon experience preferred .
• One year of specialized experience working in a spa or salon is a must , or directly related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training in spa and salon services is needed.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
