Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Licensed Nail Technician to perform professional nail services and related hand and foot treatments. You will train in the spa’s nail offerings while delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

The role is commission-based and designed for leaders who coach and inspire teams, emphasizing guest satisfaction and service excellence across our resort spa.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current license.
• Minimum of 2 years of spa/salon experience preferred.
• One year of specialized experience in spa/salon services or equivalent.

• Must possess excellent communication and listening skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of the guests.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in the spa’s specific nail service offerings.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails, including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aLicensed Nail Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing professional nail hand and foot treatments and willing to train in the Spa’s specific nail service offerings. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Love,guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll perform professional nail, hand and food treatments with an emphasis on cleanliness, sanitation, and excellent customer service beyond expectations to the guests.

This is a commission-based position.

Key Responsibilities

• Must possess excellent communication and listening skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of the guests.

What We're Looking For
