Hand & Stone Oaks is seeking sales professionals to join our team in Phoenixville, PA. We seek responsible, driven individuals with excellent communication and a positive attitude who can deliver outstanding customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will build genuine connections with clients and coworkers to make every visit memorable.

You will work in a dynamic environment, meet sales targets for memberships, and participate in coaching and training programs to advance within the spa network.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to meet membership sales goals and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals including Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales.
• Maintain knowledge of service menu and educate clients on benefits.
• Provide excellent customer experience via phone, appointments, greeting clients and membership sales.
• Promote sales, promotions, and spa events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
