- Meet membership sales goals.
- Achieve performance-based goals (Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
- Maintain knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits.
- Provide an excellent customer experience via phone, appointments, greetings, and sales.
- Passionately promote promotions and events.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
