FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate for Hand & Stone Phoenixville Oaks in Phoenixville, PA. You will drive membership sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences, educating clients on spa services and enhancements.

We offer a base hourly rate plus an uncapped commission on membership sales, with top performers earning additional hourly commissions. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, daytime, evenings, and holidays in a fast-paced, guest‑centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Successfully achieve performance-based goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on benefits of services and enhancements
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and handling membership sales
• Promote sales, promotions, and events enthusiastically
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform various other duties as assigned
