Hand & Stone Murfreesboro is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. You will meet membership sales goals, educate clients on service benefits, and deliver an excellent customer experience through calls, appointments, and in-person interactions.

We offer a base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions on membership sales, with earnings tied to performance. Weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts are included; flexible scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales.
• Maintain knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits.
• Provide excellent customer experience through calls, appointments, greetings, and sales.
• Promote sales, promotions and events and uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
