Job summary

Omni Interlocken Resort is seeking a Spa Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality centering experiences for guests, upholding Omni standards and guest service excellence.

The role requires a current state massage license and at least 1 year of massage experience. This part-time position offers benefits including dental/vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, free meals, golf privileges, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Current State Massage License
• 1 year of minimum experience in massage therapy
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
• Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry on a timely basis.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
• Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.
• To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are always followed.
• Relay with confidence in product and service benefits to clients.
• Attend all required department training and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.

Spa Massage Therapist

Overview

The Massage Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.

Salary range for this position (based on experience): $60-$90/hr. Part-Time Associates at Omni Interlocken are entitled to elect the following benefits: Dental, Vision and other healthcare benefits, Medical Disability Pay for Childbirth, 401k, and tuition reimbursement. Omni Interlocken reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.
