Join us as a Spa Massage Therapist at Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley.

Job Overview

Administer professional massage, bath rituals, and body treatments to guests, utilizing knowledge of various massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, hot stone, relaxation, and prenatal.

Essential Duties

• Be punctual for your shift and appointments, performing services within the scheduled time.
• Greet guests courteously and professionally upon arrival.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and certifications.
• Open and close shifts following Standard Operating Procedures and Spa protocols.
• Care for equipment with proper sanitation and manage product usage to control costs.
• Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, contraindications, and facility features.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all services and products offered.
• Prepare treatment rooms, including cleaning and restocking as needed.
• Promote spa treatments, services, sessions, retail products, and special offers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, or complaints, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist in other areas of the spa, including locker rooms and fitness centers, as requested.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess a Degree or Certificate from an accredited Massage Therapy Program.
• Previous spa and massage therapy experience preferred.
• Values-based leadership and excellent guest service skills.
• Knowledge of current nail trends is a plus.
