Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of Four Diamond service standards and guest experience.
• Arrive 7 minutes before shift, start massage on time, and be punctual.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and organized; comply with procedures.
• Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers; resolve issues courteously.
• Respect guest confidentiality and privacy; follow health care protocols.
• Perform other duties as directed and attend departmental meetings.
