Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team at La Serena Villas in Palm Springs, CA. Provide professional massage and body treatments, tailoring each session to guest needs while maintaining top cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• State or regional Massage Therapy License required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in a spa or hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational degree preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-care oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage and body treatments, including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest needs and review contraindications such as allergies, high blood pressure, or pregnancy before beginning each service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room throughout your shift.
• Promote and recommend spa services and retail products that enhance the guest experience.
• Educate guests on self-care techniques to support continued wellness.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry techniques, products, and modalities.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout each session, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
