Responsibilities

1. Perform massage services: Deliver all services that meet established guidelines and fulfill guest expectations based on current certifications.
2. Knowledge and guest interaction: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa services, hotel amenities, and local area to answer guest questions professionally.
3. Product knowledge: Understand ingredients in products and explain their benefits to guests.
4. Additional duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Licensure: State licensure to practice as a licensed massage therapist.
2. Experience: 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
3. Skills: Proficient in all applicable treatments, excellent communication skills, outstanding people skills, and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
4. Physical requirements: Significant standing (up to 7-8 hours), ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs.
