• Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skin care services.
• Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours which may include nights and a weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Membership Conversion – coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight clients, so they join our Lifestyle Program.
• Revenue – drive revenue via scheduling, marketing and upgrading services.
• Recruiting – build a team of passionate spa professionals.
• Operations – measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience.
