We are seeking a driven, energetic and reliable full-time Spa manager for our newly opening spa in Cedar hill, TX. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.

Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:
  • Membership Conversion – You understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to welcome, empower, and connect with your clients.
  • Revenue – Understand how to drive revenue via maximizing the schedule, marketing and upgrading services.
  • Recruiting – Passion for building a team of spa professionals!
  • Operations – Measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience.

Primary responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Maintain a laser focus on meeting sales targets while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Direct and oversee all spa operations to maximize team potential while ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
  • Proactively ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving service-related issues promptly.
  • Uphold full compliance with Hand & Stone policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Inspire and empower the team to reach and maintain high performance and service standards.
  • Lead daily operations by fostering efficient coordination, open communication, and strong collaboration across the team.
  • Ensure the spa maintains impeccable cleanliness and a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and availability of necessary supplies.
  • Hire, train, supervise, mentor, and support all team members in alignment with company standards.

What you need to succeed in this role:
  • 2–4 years of management experience in the salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry preferred
  • High energy and enthusiasm with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Genuine passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skincare services
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of spa services and product lines is a strong advantage
