Aveda Institute is seeking a licensed Esthiology Educator to guide the next generation of estheticians through classroom and clinic instruction in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment. You will mentor students, demonstrate Aveda protocols, and foster professionalism and career readiness.

Formación

• Licensed esthetician with esthiology credentials
• Minimum 25 years of experience in a spa or clinical setting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others

Responsabilidades

• Educate and mentor esthiology students in both classroom and clinic settings
• Demonstrate services, techniques, and Aveda protocols
• Coach students on professionalism, guest experience, and career readiness
• Support student progress and confidence
• Collaborate with a supportive educator team
• Help create an upbeat, structured, and inspiring learning environment
• Work with multiple students at once requiring strong organization, energy, and positivity
