Job summary

Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a warm, polished Spa Host to join Saltgrass Spa. As the welcoming face of the spa, you’ll help create a seamless, relaxing experience from arrival through departure with personalized service and genuine hospitality.

You will assist guests, schedule appointments, guide treatment selections, manage check-in/out and payments, and uphold the spa’s standards in a calm, elevated environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using scheduling, point-of-sale, and other computer systems.
• Polished presentation and professional grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist spa guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentive service.
