Job summary

Nazareth Home is hiring a Spa/Hospitality Aide for our Highlands campus to provide compassionate resident care and support in a warm, homelike environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote comfort and dignity, and work with the nursing team to deliver exceptional care and hospitality services. The role includes mobility assistance, escorting residents to activities, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, service-oriented approach to resident care.
• Experience or training in daily living activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Promote comfort, dignity and independence for residents.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities within the community.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and report to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment.
• Follow safety, infection control, and resident rights policies.

What we need you to do

As the Spa/Hospitality Aide you will provide quality resident care while helping create a warm, welcoming, and homelike environment. You support residents with daily living activities, promotes comfort and well-being, and assists the nursing team in delivering exceptional care and hospitality services.
