Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a part-time Spa Associate in Summerville, SC. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, promote services, and help maintain a welcoming spa environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, be able to multitask, and present a professional appearance. Training in Spa Soft and basic accounting is provided, with a focus on member experiences and wellness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Soft (will train) and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned
