Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Spa Coordinator/Attendant to deliver a seamless guest experience within the hotel spa. You will assist guests, maintain cleanliness, coordinate appointments, and support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, scheduling spa and fitness appointments, stocking and organizing spa areas, and coordinating with Housekeeping and Front Office to uphold service standards.

The Spa Coordinator/Attendant plays a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience within the spa. This role supports both the front-of-house and back-of-house operations by assisting guests, maintaining facility cleanliness, coordinating appointments, and ensuring all spa areas are organized and fully stocked. The position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with spa leadership and other hotel departments to uphold service standards. This role is eligible for retail commission and service charge where applicable.
