Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Great Hills in North Austin is hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate. We’re seeking an energetic, outgoing, sales-driven team member who loves people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

No spa experience? No problem. We’ll train you. You’ll assist guests from check-in to check-out, promote memberships and services, answer phones, and schedule appointments while maintaining a welcoming front desk and spa space.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable with sales.
• Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Motivated by goals, incentives, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Recommend and sell memberships, services, and upgrades.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
