Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Spa Attendant/Front Desk Agent in Paradise, NV to greet guests, check them in/out, and support Spa operations. You will schedule appointments, assist in retail sales, and provide a warm, attentive guest experience in a luxury hotel setting.

Requirements include a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 1 year spa or related experience preferred, 1 year retail experience preferred, SNHD Food Handler and TAM/Alcohol Awareness cards, and willingness to work flexible

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year spa or related experience preferred.
• At least 1 year retail experience preferred.
• SNHD Food Handler and TAM/Alcohol Awareness card required.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work – lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and members.
• Check guests in and out; administer keys to locker areas.
• Process transactions for events, guest fees, membership fees, etc.
• Handle spa administrative functions: spa software, inventory, phones, appointments.
• Provide information about available spa treatments and services.
