Job summary

Callaway Resort & Gardens is seeking a part-time guest service associate at our Pine Mountain, GA location. You will check guests in and out of the Spa, handle payments, and reconcile transactions while providing exceptional information and assistance to all guests.

The role requires excellent guest service, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is preferred; professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently following prescribed standard operating procedures
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and serve as an information source for all guests
• Check guests in and out of the Spa, collect payment and reconcile transactions
• File registration cards, create gift cards and re-stock inventory
• Run reports as needed to maintain accurate records
• Always display a professional appearance and demeanor
• Work independently following prescribed standard operating procedures
• Perform under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
