You introduce guests to a luxury spa and wellness experience. As a Spa Front Desk Attendant, you shape the arrival, transition, and departure moments within a Forbes-rated spa environment. Your presence sets the tone, welcoming guests and members with confidence, warmth, and expertise while orchestrating reservations, service coordination, and guest flow with precision. You serve as a concierge and communicator, ensuring each guest feels anticipated, informed, and cared for from the first greeting through the final farewell.

What You Will Create
  • A gracious and polished welcome for every spa guest
  • Seamless appointment booking, confirmation, arrival, and departure experiences
  • Clear and knowledgeable guidance regarding spa and wellness services, salon offerings, fitness programs, and daily activities
  • Confident communication of resort features, amenities, and hours of operation
  • Prompt and courteous fulfillment of guest requests
  • Effective and professional resolution of guest and member concerns
  • Consistent guest and member satisfaction through proactive engagement and follow-through
  • Organized, fully stocked, and presentation-ready workstations
  • Accurate coordination between spa and wellness providers, salon professionals, fitness teams, and leadership
  • Clear communication with associates and managers to ensure service excellence
  • Support of additional spa and wellness responsibilities, as assigned
