Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, GA is hiring a Part-Time Spa Floor Coordinator to welcome guests and support our spa team. You will help guests prepare for services, keep locker rooms tidy, and ensure spaces feel inviting.

We value a friendly, detail-oriented mindset, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus; prior spa or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous spa or hospitality experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm smile and exceptional customer service.
• Help guests prepare for their spa services and feel comfortable in our locker room areas.
• Keep spa spaces clean, organized, inviting, and ready for relaxation.
• Refresh towels, replenish supplies, and maintain guest amenities, including fresh water and drinking cups.
• Assist with laundry to ensure our spa stays fresh, comfortable, and guest-ready.
• Work alongside a supportive team to create a peaceful and memorable spa experience for every guest.
