Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, GA is hiring a Part-Time Spa Floor Coordinator to welcome guests, assist with preparations for spa services, and keep locker rooms clean, organized, and inviting for a relaxing guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, friendly communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting; weekend and holiday availability is required to support our spa schedule.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Spa or hospitality experience is a plus, but willingness to learn matters most.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm smile and exceptional customer service.
• Help guests prepare for their spa services and feel comfortable in locker rooms.
• Keep spa spaces clean, organized, inviting, and ready for relaxation.
• Refresh towels, replenish supplies, and maintain guest amenities, including fresh water and drinking cups.
• Assist with laundry to ensure our spa stays fresh, comfortable, and guest-ready.
• Work alongside a supportive team to create a peaceful and memorable spa experience for every guest.
