Job summary

The Elms Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a friendly Spa Attendant to welcome guests, guide them through facilities, and help guests enjoy a relaxing spa experience. You’ll keep the spa and fitness areas clean, stock essentials, and assist with treatment bookings by phone or in person.

We offer comprehensive training, advancement opportunities, and a people-first culture where teamwork and guest satisfaction come first. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Engaging and welcoming personality required.
• Strong attention to detail essential.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to bend, push/pull, and lift up to 30 lbs and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the Spa and provide tours/information about the facility and its features.
• Assist clients with proper equipment usage and help with booking treatments by phone or in person.
