Job summary

The Mountain Top Lodge is seeking a licensed massage therapist to deliver our in-room wellness experience, The Mountain Ritual, for lodge guests. This part-time, flexible role pays a share of treatment revenue plus service charge and product commissions, requiring a Georgia license and weekend/evening availability.

Dual licensure in Massage Therapy and Esthetics is encouraged as wellness offerings expand. A short video is required at the end of the application, and paid practicals may follow for

Job description

Thank you for your interest in the Spa Experience Specialist role at The Mountain Top Lodge. This is a flexible, commission-based position where you'll deliver our signature in-room wellness experience exclusively for lodge guests.

You'll perform The Mountain Ritual , our personalized 60- or 90-minute massage experience, transforming the guest's room into a private treatment space with a professional massage table, beautiful linens, Laurel Skin products, and the thoughtful details that define hospitality at The Mountain Top Lodge. You'll manage the complete experience — from consultation and setup through treatment, breakdown, and leaving the room beautifully restored.

We're looking for an exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist who combines technical skill with warmth, discretion, professionalism, and an instinct for caring for people. Dual-licensed Massage Therapists + Estheticians are especially encouraged to apply as we expand our wellness offerings.

Three things to know before you apply:

• This is a part-time, flexible, guest-demand-driven position. Spa Experience Specialists earn 50% of treatment revenue + 100% of the 20% guest service charge + 10% commission on Laurel Skin retail products personally sold. Current treatment pricing is $195 for 60 minutes and $275 for 90 minutes.
• An active Georgia Massage Therapy license in good standing is required. Dual licensure in Massage Therapy + Esthetics is preferred, but not required. Weekend and evening availability is important, as these are some of our highest-demand guest periods.
• A short video is required at the end of this application. Applications without a video will not be reviewed. Candidates selected to advance in the hiring process will also complete a paid practical treatment.
