Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our team at the Spa at Isla Bella in Marathon, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, offering exceptional skincare services to our guests. This role requires expertise in skincare, a commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards, and guest service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide facials in a relaxing environment. The facials focus on the relaxation of the guest while providing excellent skincare.
- Must be able to communicate with the guest regarding contraindications before beginning the service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
- Offer personalized advice on skincare and recommend spa products for home use.
- Stay up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products.
- Manage appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
- Uphold the spa's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Other duties that must be completed by the cosmetologist include setting up the treatment room in an organized and attractive fashion, making sure that supplies are stocked, assist with laundry, and helping to maintain the overall cleanliness of the spa.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in the state of Florida with an Esthetics or Cosmetology license.
- Prior spa or guest service experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
