Arch Amenities Group is seeking a dedicated Esthetician to deliver facials, waxing, and body treatments in our Spa Operations division. You will tailor services to individual skin concerns, maintain product knowledge, and assist guests with home-care recommendations in a guest-centric environment.

You should hold a state esthetics license, have spa experience, and demonstrate outstanding customer service while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid state esthetics license required by the state.
• Previous esthetic experience, preferably in a spa.
• Ability to explain various treatments to guests.
• Excellent customer service and work ethic.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs facials, waxing, and body services per service menu and licensure.
• Customizes treatments based on clients' skin conditions.
• Maintains high product knowledge and explains benefits to guests.
• Recommends home care products and other spa services.
• Ensures clean, organized work areas and equipment sanitation.
• Arrives on time and participates in scheduled trainings and meetings.
