Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking full-time massage therapists and skincare team members to deliver customized services, including enhancements such as Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD and Aromatherapy, while mentoring newer therapists to meet Retreat goals.

Join a team focused on promoting wellness, building guest relationships and maintaining high standards in a supportive environment with ongoing training and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform massage therapy.
• Experience as a massage therapist 2 years or longer.
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required.
• Capable of training and mentoring individuals.
• Excellent at guest communication.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest.
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy.
• Promote therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Train and mentor massage therapists on protocols and service enhancements.
• Lead the massage and skincare team toward Retreat goals.
• Build relationships with guests to meet self-care goals.
• Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat.
• Set high-quality standards for therapy and guest service.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• Days, Nights, and evening shifts available

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Train and mentor massage therapist on protocols and service enhancements
• Lead the massage and skincare team toward the achievement of Retreat goals
• Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
• Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat
• Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists
• Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior
• Communication liaison between back-of-house staff and management

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
• Experience as a massage therapist 2 years or longer
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
• Pass background checks
• Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services
• Capable of training and mentoring individuals
• Excellent at guest communication
• Proven leadership skills

Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
