Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Spa Desk Associate to join our Equinox team at the New York City location. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting daily spa operations under Spa leadership
• Contributing to daily service sales by recommending treatments and enhancements
• Supporting retail sales efforts to meet targets
• Promoting business growth through outreach events and programs
• Providing superior customer service to members, prospects, and guests

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Availability for at least 2 days per week, including weekends
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
• An enthusiastic, upbeat, personable attitude, with knowledge of the spa industry
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to new techniques

Pay: $16.50/hr., with potential for additional incentives
