Montage International is seeking a Spa Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage spa reservations, check-ins/outs, and promote retail products. The role emphasizes guest service excellence and accurate billing in a luxury spa environment.

You will support daily spa operations, assist teammates, and help create a seamless guest experience that aligns with our brand of refined hospitality and attentive service.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience in a hotel or spa environment.
• Working knowledge of spa services and products.
• Possess basic math skills and ability to accurately handle billing.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; daily use of these programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome spa guests, provide information, and coordinate guest requests for services.
• Check guests in and out of the spa, handling reservations and upselling retail items.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and contribute to smooth daily operations with team members.
• Provide timely, courteous, and proficient service to guests.
• Support colleagues and contribute to the spa's goals and guest satisfaction.

This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS***Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:* Assist in greeting and welcoming guests to the Spa, providing information to any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Spa.* Provide services to guests in a timely, courteous and proficient manner.* Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the Spa.***QUALIFICATIONS**** High school or equivalent education required* Minimum 2 -3 years of customer service experience in a hotel or Spa environment* Working knowledge of spa services and products* Possess basic math skills and have the ability to accurately handle billing* Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English eloquently* Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur***PREFERRED**** Prior front desk experience* Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred* Bachelor's Degree***PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS***Position requires walking and standing most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks.
