The Spa Concierge will liaise with spa management and other resort departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The position requires open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire.

Formación

• Must understand the basic principles of managing ResortSuite PMS system.
• Capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn various software programs/applications.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate or can receive this certificate within 1 month of hire.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Responsabilidades
