Woodhouse Spa - Cedar Park is seeking passionate spa professionals to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will welcome guests, manage appointments, and ensure a relaxing, luxurious environment that supports our brand of affordable luxury.

Ideal candidates are hospitality-driven, able to guide guests in service selections, and comfortable with scheduling systems in a fast-paced, premium spa setting. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hospitality and spa-focused guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and preparing them for services.
• Scheduling appointments and managing guest flow through the spa.
• Answering phones and guiding guests to changing rooms and amenities.
• Collaborating with therapists to keep guests on schedule.
• Maintaining changing rooms, service areas, and laundry as needed.
• Selling gift cards and educating guests on spa services and products.
• Ensuring lighting, cleanliness, and aromatherapy throughout the spa.
• Tailoring guest experiences using knowledge of treatments.
