Woodhouse Spa - Cedar Park is hiring for Full Time and Part Time Spa Concierge positions. As a Spa Concierge, you will provide personal attention to guests, educate them on the Woodhouse experience, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

You will also serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit by remembering details that make each experience special. Competitive pay of $16.00 per hour and various employee benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door.
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience.
• Answers the phone with a smile each time.
• Is the brand ambassador for the guest experience.
• Remembers personal details that make The Woodhouse special.
• Serves as backup for the leadership team.
• Ensures spa areas look pristine.
• Performs laundry/cleaning duties when needed.
