Role Overview:

As a Front Desk/Customer Service/Guest Relations specialist, you will be the first impression guests encounter upon arrival. Your role is vital in creating a world-class experience, whether guests are purchasing gift cards, booking appointments, or enjoying a retreat. You will facilitate each guest’s experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:
  • Opening or closing the spa based on your shift schedule
  • Checking in guests and assisting with check-out
  • Answering multi-line phone calls and scheduling services using MEEVO software
  • Retailing products and series
  • Confirming appointments and preparing therapists for service days
  • Pre-booking future services at check-out
  • Providing amenities and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintaining sanitation standards

Candidate Guidelines:
  • Minimum 1 year of front desk or customer service experience, preferably in a spa, restaurant, or hotel
  • Experience with spa scheduling software is preferred
  • Availability to work weekends, with at least one weekend day shift required
  • Flexibility to support scheduling needs and uphold service standards
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Positive attitude
